Tickets are valid only for the date and time indicated on them. No admission to the cinema after the screening time printed on the tickets. If you do not show up on time for Cinema ARTA events, your ticket will be cancelled with no refund or right to redeem it for another performance.

Tickets can be purchased:

- online from Eventbook.ro

- from the Cinema ARTA box office (3, Universității str., Cluj-Napoca)

The cinema’s box office opens 30 minutes before the start of the first event of the day and remains open 30 minutes after the start of the last event on the day's schedule.

Card of 5 tickets: 80 lei

Card of 5 reduced tickets (students, seniors): 60 lei

The Card contains 5 tickets that can be used for 5 admissions to films at Cinema ARTA and is valid for 2 months from the moment of purchase. Based on the Card, seats can be reserved for the desired screenings via the Eventbook platform.

Card holders simply need to tick the ”Am carnet de 5 bilete” (I have 5 tickets) option, enter the barcode number on the Card and, once validated, select the number of seats they wish to reserve. The reservation will also be confirmed by e-mail to the address used for registration on the Eventbook platform.

Without prior cancellation, reservations based on the Card of 5 tickets will be considered used. As of 8 April 2024, reservations will not be automatically cancelled in case of no-show. To avoid this, please cancel your reservation via your account at least 6 hours before the scheduled screening time.

For festival screenings and special screenings, seats that can be reserved with the Card of 5 tickets may be limited or non-existent.
